Group Finance Manager | Technology Company

About the Role
This is a newly created Group Finance Manager position within a fast-growing technology company. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role offers cross-business exposure and collaborative opportunities with senior team members.
Ideal for an ambitious ACA-qualified professional, this is aJunior Finance Manager – Key Responsibilities**
- Financial Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the board, CFO, and CEO.

ESG & Climate Reporting:
- Lead the organisation’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and climate reporting across the business.

External Audit Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, addressing any queries efficiently.

Process Improvement & Controls:
- Implement best-in-class financial controls aligned with the company’s growth.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience & Skills Required
- ACA qualification required.
- Strong background in audit, preferably with experience working with larger organisations.
- Ability to make an immediate impact in a growing technology environment.
