Group Finance Manager

An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to become a key member of the executive leadership team at one of London's most prestigious private members' clubs.

Our client is an iconic, multi-faceted hospitality business renowned for delivering exceptional service, world-class food and beverage experiences, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence. As the business continues its exciting growth journey, they are seeking an outstanding Group Finance Manager who combines technical excellence with commercial acumen and the strategic mindset to help shape the future of the organisation.

This is far more than a traditional finance role. You will act as a trusted business partner to the senior leadership team, providing insight, challenge and strategic guidance whilst ensuring the financial integrity of a complex, multi-entity hospitality business.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the group's financial operations whilst playing a pivotal role in supporting future expansion, commercial decision-making and operational performance.

  • Managing the financial reporting across multiple group entities
  • Leading complex intercompany accounting, reconciliations and transactions
  • Preparing monthly management accounts, board reporting packs and financial analysis
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
  • Supporting strategic planning, acquisitions and future business growth initiatives
  • Developing financial controls, systems and reporting processes
  • Working closely with operational leaders to improve profitability and commercial performance
  • Ensuring statutory compliance, audit readiness and tax obligations are met
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancement
  • Mentoring and developing members of the finance team

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial hospitality environment and who can confidently balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will possess:

  • Fully qualified CIMA or ACCA (ACA also considered)
  • Previous finance leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, hotels or premium restaurant groups
  • Strong experience managing complex intercompany accounting and multi-entity group structures
  • A highly commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic business decisions
  • Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail alongside the ability to see the bigger commercial picture
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing finance teams
  • Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Experience improving systems, processes and financial controls
