Group Financial Systems Manager
Location: Central London (Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: £85,000 – £90,000 + Benefits

About the Business
We are partnering with a high-growth, internationally recognised technology and global services vendor, operating across a multi-million-pound international footprint with over 20 proprietary hubs worldwide. This business delivers cutting-edge localisation and digital infrastructure solutions to enterprise clients globally.
Due to a major cloud infrastructure upgrade, they are seeking a high-calibre systems leader to spearhead their global enterprise resource application rollout.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of Finance, IT, and International Operations. You will take full strategic and operational ownership of our global ERP ecosystem, concentrating primarily on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, starting immediately post-launch.
You are the proactive technical specialist driving a multi-year global rollout, transitioning legacy international subsidiaries from disparate workflows into a single automated core ledger.

Key Responsibilities
- ERP Ownership: Oversee system configuration, data workflows, user architecture, and control matrices for the recently launched Business Central framework.
- Global Rollout: Lead a 2-year international implementation strategy, optimising standard financial architectures across all geographic operations.
- Data Integration: Maintain data health and clean API syncs between Business Central and non-financial operational platforms—including core CRM and proprietary Project Management tools.
- Business Intelligence & Compliance:
- Engineer advanced operational reporting suites.
- Develop analytical models.
- Build live management dashboards using Power BI.
- Global Compliance: Automate financial reporting workstreams with a focus on:
- Cross-border tax requirements.
- Automated VAT filings.
- Regional e-invoicing laws.
- Leadership & Support: Serve as the internal technical subject matter expert for global users, delivering training frameworks and managing a dedicated Finance Systems Accountant.

What We Are Looking For
Systems Expertise:
- Clear, hands-on experience in managing, deploying, or driving early-stage rollouts of Microsoft Business Central (D365) within a multi-entity group structure.
Accounting Literacy:
- A strong understanding of foundational accounting rules, group consolidation workflows, and trial balance structures.
Advanced Analytics:
- Proven capability in building complex, automated reporting architectures via Power BI.
Cross-Border Capability:
- Comfort working within an international, multi-currency footprint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Mindset:
- An analytical thinker with elite attention to detail.
- Thrives on dismantling manual processes and replacing them with lean automation.
