You will prepare the annual regulatory accounts and Annual Performance Report (APR) for South East Water Limited, while managing both annual and ad hoc filings with Companies House.

Working across departments, you will ensure full regulatory compliance and handle Ofwat queries in a timely manner.

  • Preparation of regulatory accounts, Annual Performance Report and supplementary documents for Ofwat in compliance with Regulatory Accounting Guidelines.
  • Liaison with external auditors and provision of information to the auditors in support of the financial statements and regulatory audits.
  • Manage treasury activities, including daily cash requirements and drawdowns, cash forecasting, group loans administration and interest reporting.
  • Reporting on loan facilities, providing input for investor reports, monitoring of financial ratios and covenant compliance to ensure covenants are not breached. Liaison with Company Secretary and bond holders.
  • Maintenance of accounting records for companies other than SEW. Preparation of management accounts, budgets and forecasts for all companies other than SEW.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
