Camino Partners are excited to be partnering with a profitable, international technology recruitment business looking to appoint an individual to support the continued growth of its UK and US operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the existing Finance Manager, this is a broad and commercially focused role that combines financial reporting, management accounts and FP&A with operational finance and compliance. As the business continues to expand internationally, particularly across the US, this position will play a key role in strengthening the finance function and creating greater capacity within the wider operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to take ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Management Accounts

  • Take ownership of the monthly management accounts process across the UK and international entities.
  • Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
  • Produce board packs with insightful financial commentary, variance analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Lead month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and ensure robust financial controls across the Group.
  • Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Work alongside external accountants across both the UK and US.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
