❓❓ Who We Are ❓❓

Autus3 are proud to be partnering exclusively with a SAAS organisation that does things a little differently. This is a team with deep roots, a clear purpose. As they move into an exciting new chapter of growth and modernisation, they’re looking for a finance professional who wants to add value while helping shape the future of the finance function.

🫵 About You 🫵

  • You’re a qualified finance professional with deep Group Accounting knowledge — someone who doesn’t just keep the wheels turning but actively looks for ways to make things work better.
  • The ideal candidate would be on a short notice period or immediately available to the market.
  • Change doesn’t scare you. You’re adaptable, curious, and always scanning for opportunities to simplify, streamline, and strengthen financial processes.
  • You enjoy being part of the wider organisation, not tucked away in a spreadsheet — you're visible, approachable, and build strong working relationships with ease.
  • Month-end and year-end processes are familiar territory, and you bring accuracy, clarity, and strong communication skills to everything you do.
  • Above all, you want a role where your ideas matter — where improving systems and shaping better processes genuinely helps a mission-driven organisation move forward.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
