Group Financial Controller
Group Financial Controller | Consumer Products Group | London
SRM Recruitment is working exclusively with a PE-backed international business to appoint a Group Financial Controller. This is a newly created role, designed to bring single-point ownership to controllership, tax, treasury, statutory reporting and company secretarial across a multi-entity group spanning the UK, US, Germany and Africa.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will own group corporation tax compliance and planning, audit lead, prepare statutory accounts across all in-scope entities, and oversee cash management, FX exposure/treasury and debt covenant monitoring. You will also take ownership of the holding company stack and intercompany loan cascade, trademark and patent administration, and Companies House compliance across the UK group.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:


Get help with your application

- ACA/ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in a group financial controller or senior group reporting role
- Strong technically across UK corporation tax, FRS 102 statutory reporting and group consolidation
- Experienced in treasury operations, banking relationships and covenant management
- Familiar with PE-backed environments and holding company structures.
