COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Skingevity is a company acquiring and scaling medical aesthetics clinics across the UK. Our strategy is simple but powerful: consolidate a fragmented, high-growth industry by backing great clinicians and improving operations. We’re founded by a former BCG Principal with deep experience in strategy and medical aesthetics and a former Goldman Sachs Vice President with an extensive track record in M&A. We’ve recently raised capital and are actively executing live deals - we currently have several acquisitions in progress.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Group Financial Controller is a senior role responsible for scaling, maintaining and continuously improving the finance function from the ground up. A hands-on role, you will own both the strategic and operational day-to-day elements by working closely with the Co-CEOs and clinic leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy, control and reporting across the Skingevity group of clinics.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Group Financial Controller will own both the strategic and operational elements, a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities is below:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
