This continued growth has enabled the company to focus on a number of strategic hires to support the next evolution of the business, with this key finance hire being the next company focus.
🫵 About You 🫵
- Able to work remotely and have the flexibility to travel to the office weekly or monthly for pivotal senior leadership meetings.
- To be successful in this role you will be dynamic, self-driven, and proactive in your approach with a commercial mindset.
- The candidate will need to be adaptable with efficiencies being at the forefront of your thinking.
- Ideally this person would be a qualified finance professional. Should have worked within high-growth or Start-up environments with rapid scaling business models ideally within a SAAS company.
- They should be comfortable interacting with the management team but equally able to 'roll up their sleeves' when needed.
- This really is a role that you can put your own stamp on. Importantly, the business is looking for a candidate to grow and progress with the company to help them achieve their strategic plan.

🚀🌍 Your Mission 🌍🚀
Reporting to one of the dynamic Number one in finance, You will play a crucial role in overseeing global finance operations, focusing on financial reporting, compliance, governance, and the implementation of scalable systems to ensure the financial health of the organization. You will work closely with the rest of the senior management team and the business to drive financial performance and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Support Senior Finance with the day-to-day running of the finance function:
- Oversee Global Accounting Operations:
- Support the wider team with International expansion and ensure financial compliance in new markets.
- Manage the finance team
- Managing all aspects of accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee Global Accounting Operations:

FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the annual group budgeting process and rolling forecasts.

ERP & Systems Implementation:
- Supporting the CFO implementation of a new ERP system.

Group Consolidations, Financial Reporting & Governance:
- Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements. Compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
- Implementing and maintaining strong internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

- Treasury, Taxation, Audit & Global Compliance:
- Ownership of global corporate tax compliance, with a strategic focus on optimization.
- Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
