SF Partners are working with an exciting, high-growth international business looking to appoint a Group Financial Controller to partner closely with the CFO and play a pivotal role in scaling the finance function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance leader who enjoys building best-in-class processes, leading high-performing teams, and operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
As Group Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of:
- Group financial reporting, month-end close and multi-entity consolidations
- Board, investor and lender reporting
- UK & international tax compliance (including UK and US)
- Cash flow forecasting, treasury and working capital management
- Audit, statutory reporting and financial controls
- Developing and leading a talented finance team
- Partnering with senior stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives

We're looking for someone who has:
- ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification, 5+ years' PQE
- Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102
- Experience managing audits, financial reporting and UK tax compliance
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for improving processes
