What will you be doing? As Group Reporting Manager, you will: Manage the Group’s financial consolidation process and help deliver accurate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders. Preparation of reporting schedules and instructions across the wider Group to ensure consistent and timely submissions. Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems, and contribute to ongoing process and reporting improvements. Play a key role in periodic business performance reviews, helping enhance how financial results are explained and presented. Coordinate with auditors and subsidiaries to support the audit process and timely delivery of statutory accounts. Contribute to ad hoc projects—including working with the M&A team on non-routine transactions and corporate simplification efforts. Work closely with the Head of Group External Reporting to address technical accounting issues and help shape Group financial policies. What you’ll bring: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience A collaborative team player with strong technical accounting knowledge Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deadlines and accuracy A passion for continuous improvement in processes, controls, and reporting Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with a keen eye for detail Previous experience with large ERP systems What’s in it for you?
