THE TEAM
In 2019, GFG became a publicly listed company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. It is proud to combine the best of the governance and transparency of a public company with the entrepreneurial and growth spirit of an exciting digital business operating in some of the world’s most dynamic markets.
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is a core part of the Group Finance team, based in London. We focus on articulating and analysing the Group’s business performance and future forecasts to the GFG Management and Supervisory Boards. We work closely with the FP&A teams based in Latin America, South East Asia, and Australia, alongside the wider Group Finance, Tax, and Treasury functions in London, Luxembourg, and Germany.
As the Group matures, the Group FP&A function becomes ever more important in providing insight and analysis to support our fast-paced business. As a result, we are looking for a Group FP&A Analyst to join the Group Finance team based in London on a permanent basis. This is a broad, all-round role spanning both planning/forecasting and reporting, and the successful candidate will build end-to-end exposure across the full FP&A cycle.
This role will report to the Senior Manager, Group FP&A. You will work closely with the regional FP&A teams, the Group Reporting Team, the Group CFO, and the Management Board.
SCOPE OF ROLE
This is a broadly scoped role spanning the full FP&A cycle, from budgeting and forecasting through to Board and investor reporting. Core responsibilities fall into four areas:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Support the preparation of external results announcements and presentations, working closely with the Financial Reporting team and Investor Relations
Planning & Forecasting
- Drive & coordinate the delivery, analysis, and presentation of the consolidated Group forecasting process, Annual Budget, and Mid-Term Plan
- Help maintain a high-level 5-year scenario model around the key drivers of the strategy, enabling stress-testing and scenario modelling, plus ad hoc scenario / what-if modelling as business needs arise
