Group Head Of Admissions And Sales
The Group Head of Admissions and Sales at Nord Anglia Education Limited will be a pivotal leader within the Group Central Support team based in our London Headquarter Office. This role involves the strategic development and management of the admissions and sales functions across the organisation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative admissions strategies to drive growth and maximise student enrolment while enhancing the overall admissions experience.
This position requires close collaboration with marketing, communications, and school leadership teams to align admissions objectives with organisational goals. By leveraging data insights and market trends, you will ensure our admissions processes remain competitive, efficient, and inclusive, nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the admissions journey.

The Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished professional with a comprehensive skill set to excel as the Group Head of Admissions and Sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities to drive admission and sales initiatives effectively across diverse educational environments.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in leading admissions and sales teams, developing strategies that increase enrolment and revenue growth while fostering teamwork and motivation.
- Sales and Marketing Acumen: Expertise in integrating sales and marketing approaches to maximise outreach, brand positioning, and conversion rates. Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies agilely.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret admissions data, forecast trends, and inform evidence-based strategies that drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with school leaders, parents, prospective students, and internal teams, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee complex projects with multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Innovation and Change Management: Experience leading innovative initiatives that enhance admissions processes, embracing technology and digital tools to create seamless experiences.
- Education Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of the independent education sector, admissions frameworks, and regulatory requirements affecting student recruitment.
- Inclusive and Ethical Approach: Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within admissions practices, ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, admissions management software, and digital communication platforms to streamline operations and reporting.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess
- Degree-qualified, with additional professional credentials in sales, marketing, or admissions considered advantageous.
- Extensive senior-level experience in admissions, international student recruitment, or commercial leadership within complex, multi-regional organisations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable enrolment and revenue outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead, scale, and develop high-performing international teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in CRM systems, data-driven decision-making, and performance optimisation.
- Deep understanding of global student markets, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse, matrixed environments.
- Strategic, results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and the agility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global setting.
