About the Role
The Group Head of Admissions and Sales at Nord Anglia Education Limited will be a pivotal leader within the Group Central Support team based in our London Headquarters Office.
This role involves the strategic development and management of the admissions and sales functions across the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing innovative admissions strategies to drive growth and maximise student enrolment while enhancing the overall admissions experience.
- Close collaboration with marketing, communications, and school leadership teams to align admissions objectives with organisational goals.
- Leveraging data insights and market trends to ensure competitive, efficient, and inclusive admissions processes.
- Nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly accomplished professional with a comprehensive skill set to excel as the Group Head of Admissions and Sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in leading admissions and sales teams, developing strategies that increase enrolment and revenue growth while fostering teamwork and motivation.

Sales and Marketing Acumen: Expertise in integrating sales and marketing approaches to maximise outreach, brand positioning, and conversion rates. Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies agilely.
