East Stuff Group is a curator of fine bespoke guest amenities to luxury hotels and hospitality operators. Founded in London in 2009, we now operate across the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
We are seeking a finance leader to build the financial, governance and systems backbone for our next phase of growth.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Group CEO and serving on the Group Leadership Team, you will:
- Lead Group budgeting, reforecasting and longer-term financial planning.
- Strengthen cash management, financial control and year-end delivery.
- Establish consistent ROI, IRR and KPI disciplines.
- Oversee tax, VAT, pensions, expenses and related controls.
- Support the CEO, Board and Investment and Performance Committee.
- Manage key relationships with banks, HMRC, shareholders, bondholders and advisers.
- Lead the implementation of Xero, Unleashed and back-office automation.
- Oversee important customer and supplier contracts across the Group.

Who we are looking for
You will be a chartered accountant, or hold an equivalent qualification, with:
- Senior finance experience in a multi-entity international business.
- Strong governance and commercial judgement, as well as entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience of finance systems or back-office automation.
- The ability to balance growth, margin, cash, investment and control.
- Younger candidates with less experience but exceptional talents and potential will also be given consideration.
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese would be advantageous because East Stuff Group works with a substantial network of manufacturers in China.
