Group Head of FP&A
Group Head of FP&A | Private Equity, Healthcare/Technology
Remuneration: Up to £100k base + bonus.
Location: London Head Office, permanent & full-time position (Hybrid; 2 days office per week – Tuesdays & Thursdays)
The Opportunity
A high-growth, Private Equity-backed Healthcare & Technology business is seeking an exceptional Group FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance function in London.
With revenues exceeding £400m, EBITDA margins of approximately 30%, and a highly acquisitive growth strategy, the business is entering a pivotal stage of its evolution as it works towards a targeted exit transaction within the next two years. Operating at the forefront of innovation within its sector, the organisation continues to push the boundaries of capability, data utilisation, and commercial performance across the industry.
This opportunity offers exposure rarely found at this level. Reporting directly into a dynamic, high-energy, and progressive Director of FP&A / Finance Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the Board, investors, wider Senior Leadership Team, and operational business unit leaders, playing a key role in shaping strategic decision-making across the Group.

The Role
The Group FP&A Manager will be instrumental in elevating the quality and sophistication of the finance function's output. The business is looking to refresh and modernise its approach to:

The Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with a:
- Strong academic background
- Combination of Transaction Services and industry FP&A experience
- Candidates coming from a Transaction Services background with outstanding modelling capability and strong commercial acumen are particularly well suited
The business is embracing AI-enabled finance capabilities, currently rolling out Claude licenses. Prior experience using Claude or other AI tools in a commercial or finance setting is advantageous, though equally important is a genuine appreciation of how AI can transform:
- Business performance
- Decision-making
- Finance operations
This role would suit an ambitious, intellectually curious individual looking to operate in a high-performance environment with significant exposure, influence, and career progression potential, ahead of a likely exit event.
