The Ideal Candidate
- Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Strong strategic marketing and brand development experience.
- Experience building, leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and resource planning.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital, events, PR and communications.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and engage senior leadership teams.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
- Commercially minded with the ability to align marketing activity to business growth objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy across the LivGreen Group.
- Lead the development and management of the Group brand, ensuring consistency across all divisions, channels and customer touchpoints.
- Manage the Group marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment and development across the marketing function.
- Develop and deliver divisional marketing plans that support the Maintenance, Consultancy and Public Sector business units.
- Lead, coach and develop the wider marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with wider sales, commercial and business objectives.
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, including brand awareness, engagement, campaign effectiveness and event impact.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, including creative, PR, media and event suppliers.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity and marketing best practice to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth, customer engagement and strategic objectives.
