Help shape the future of the biggest sports marketing agency in Formula 1.

Formula 1 is one of the fastest-growing sports on the planet.

From Miami to Monaco, Las Vegas to Silverstone, the sport continues to expand globally, attracting new audiences, new markets and new opportunities.

And Right Formula sits at the centre of it.

Founded in 2009, Right Formula has grown into the largest sports marketing agency operating within Formula 1. Our work spans every Formula 1 team and every race on the calendar, delivering award-winning partnerships, campaigns and activations for some of the world’s biggest brands, including SAP, Oracle, Hilton, Pirelli, Qatar Airways, Barclays, Allwyn, Dropbox, ExxonMobil, Audi and Airwallex.

Today, the Right Formula Group comprises Right Formula, Right Formula Productions and Crunch Communications, employing more than 150 people across the UK and USA.

As the business continues to grow through both organic expansion and strategic acquisition, we are looking for an exceptional Group HR Director to help lead the next chapter of our journey.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group HR Director will own and evolve the people strategy across the entire Right Formula Group.

This is not a traditional HR leadership role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
