About Roundabout

Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people?

Roundabout is looking for a Group Living Key Worker – Day to support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.

At Group Living, we support young people aged 16-18 who are Looked After Children and Care Leavers. We provide a residential service, where each project houses up to 6 young people. Our service operates 24/7, enabling us to offer a safe, homely environment with the security and support young people need. Our goal is to help residents develop essential living skills and work towards moving into their own property.

About the Role

This critical role ensures the safety, wellbeing, and development of young people while maintaining a secure, compliant, and well-managed environment. It requires vigilance, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to provide remote out-of-hours support, all underpinned by Social Care guidance and organisational standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
