🔑 What You'll Be Doing
Deliver accurate monthly management accounts Own balance sheet reconciliations & journal postings Produce insightful reporting & variance analysis Support month-end and year-end processes Prepare VAT returns and assist with audits Oversee AP/AR ledgers and payment runs Partner with non-finance teams across the business Mentor and guide junior finance staff Drive process improvements and efficiencies

✅ What We're Looking For
AAT Level 4 qualified (or QBE) Experience as an Assistant Management Accountant (or similar) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) Experience in a medium/large business environment Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills Proactive, organised, and improvement-focused Previous team management or mentoring experience is a bonus
