We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is experienced in delivering frontline visible services. This senior managerial position covers a broad portfolio that includes; Highways Network management, Highways DSO, Traffic Management and Parking, Fleet Management, Engineering, Flood Management, Rights of Way and Coal Tip Safety.
The successful candidate will have expertise in at least one of these areas and be ready to lead a team of experienced managers to improve delivery across the range of services.

You will have experience of managing people, resources, and budgets in a multi-disciplined environment and have a good understanding of contract commissioning and management.
Demonstration of how you meet the elements of the included person specification is essential.

A vetting check by South Wales Police is a requirement for this post.
