Group Operational Finance Manager
An established, high growth PE backed national business delivering essential property and maintenance services is seeking an experienced Group Operational Finance Manager to join its Group Finance team. Based in East London with hybrid working and regular travel to Southampton, this is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior operational finance leadership role within a large, multi-site organisation.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of transactional finance functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Payroll, Treasury and Transactional Tax. You'll drive financial controls, process improvements, cash management and operational excellence while supporting a major ERP transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing transactional finance teams across multiple functions.
- Driving financial controls, compliance and process efficiency.
- Improving cashflow, debtor performance and supplier payment processes.
- Supporting ERP implementation and finance transformation projects.
- Producing KPI reporting and operational insight for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting business integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
- Proven operational finance leadership experience within a medium or large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, Credit Control, Payroll, Treasury and VAT/CIS.
- Experience of financial controls, audit and shared service environments.
- ERP implementation or finance transformation experience is highly desirable.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience.
- Experience within construction, property, maintenance or service-led businesses would be advantageous.
