Group Operations Lead - Building Surveying

Group Operations Lead - Surveying & Project Management job in Manchester

£75,000 - £90,000 DOE

Hunter Dunning is working with a modern, progressive, multi-disciplined construction consultancy on a senior operational leadership role in Manchester. You will support operational performance, strategic development, public sector delivery and business development across a growing group structure.

Your Experience

  • MRICS status with a minimum of five years post chartership experience
  • Minimum five years public sector experience across residential, education, health, care, blue light, MOJ or MOD
  • Operational leadership, public sector delivery and business development
  • People management, coaching, mentoring and structured performance reviews
  • Tender submissions, client engagement and networking activity
