A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Group Paralegal to join its Legal team. This role offers the opportunity to support a broad range of commercial legal and corporate governance activities within a global business, working closely with senior legal stakeholders and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support corporate governance activities, including board and committee administration.
  • Assist with Companies House filings and maintenance of statutory records.
  • Manage legal entity administration and associated corporate governance matters.
  • Draft and review board resolutions, meeting minutes and corporate documentation.
  • Prepare, review and negotiate NDAs and other commercial agreements.
  • Support legal entity restructuring and business reorganisation projects.
  • Liaise with external advisers and corporate service providers.
  • Assist with authorised signatory processes and delegation of authority matters.
  • Provide legal and governance support to key business functions.
  • Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years' experience as a Paralegal within a commercial legal environment.
  • Experience supporting corporate governance, company secretarial or legal entity management activities.
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to board administration and corporate governance processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • International business exposure would be advantageous.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive and commercially minded legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment. You'll have a strong Paralegal background, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to work independently while building effective relationships across the business. Previous company secretarial exposure would be beneficial, but the priority is an experienced Paralegal looking to broaden their experience within a global organisation and develop their career over the longer term.
