We’re now looking for a Group Payroll Supervisor to lead our payroll operations across the UK and Canada.

The What...
Working closely with the People and Finance teams, you will:
- Lead and deliver the payroll strategy across the UK and Canada
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and full legislative compliance
- Review and approve payroll calculations, benefits, pensions, and statutory payments
- Oversee payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
- Coordinate year-end activities including statutory filings and tax documentation
- **Manage and develop two Payroll Administrators
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Proven payroll leadership experience, including managing or supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation (HMRC, PAYE, pensions, statutory payments) (Exposure to Canadian payroll legislation is highly desirable)
- Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and payroll reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical capability
- A confident decision-maker with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently
