We’re now looking for a Group Payroll Supervisor to lead our payroll operations across the UK and Canada.

The What...

Working closely with the People and Finance teams, you will:

  • Lead and deliver the payroll strategy across the UK and Canada
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and full legislative compliance
  • Review and approve payroll calculations, benefits, pensions, and statutory payments
  • Oversee payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
  • Coordinate year-end activities including statutory filings and tax documentation
  • **Manage and develop two Payroll Administrators

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Proven payroll leadership experience, including managing or supervising a team
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation (HMRC, PAYE, pensions, statutory payments) (Exposure to Canadian payroll legislation is highly desirable)
  • Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and payroll reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical capability
  • A confident decision-maker with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently
