Location: Rushden
Hours: 37.5 per week (flexibility available upon discussion)

This is an exciting opportunity to support Kier's digital transformation journey, with a particular focus on Microsoft Copilot, AI, and data literacy. As part of our Naturally Digital team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving digital adoption across the organisation, ensuring colleagues use digital tools confidently, safely, and effectively.
You'll collaborate with teams across People Development, Communications, IT, and Operations to enable employees to embrace new ways of working.
About the Role
As a Group People Development Advisor – AI, Data, and Digital, you’ll work within the Naturally Digital team to foster digital adoption. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supporting AI and digital training activities, such as webinars, workshops, and drop-in sessions
- Acting as the first point of contact for Microsoft Copilot users and digital champions, addressing queries and guiding them to relevant resources
- Maintaining datasets to track training impact and engagement, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborating with the Communications team to simplify complex technical topics for varied audiences
- Supporting the Digital Champions network by organising training and engagement events

Responsibilities
- Training Coordination: Plan and deliver digital adoption initiatives, including workshops, webinars, and drop-in sessions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a central hub for queries related to Microsoft Copilot and digital tools, ensuring seamless support for users.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse datasets to measure engagement and adjust training strategies accordingly.
- Content Translation: Work with Communications to break down technical topics into accessible messaging.
- Digital Champions Network Support: Organise events and resources to empower a network of digital champions across Kier.
Requirements
This role is ideal if you:
- Have strong analytical skills and are proficient in spreadsheets, forms, and datasets
- Can communicate clearly in writing, adapting your tone for different audiences
- Are comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Forms, and SharePoint
- Can manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining accuracy and pacing
- Have an interest in digital adoption and learning and development
