Role Overview
We're looking for a Group People Development Advisor – AI, Data and Digital to join our Naturally Digital team based in Rushden.
- Location: Rushden
- Hours: 37.5 per week (with flexibility available upon discussion)

Join Kier's transformative journey as you support the organisation’s digital adoption efforts, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot, AI, and data literacy. You’ll help colleagues across the business utilise digital tools confidently, safely, and effectively, collaborating closely with teams in People Development, Communications, IT, and Operations to enable seamless adoption of new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
As Group People Development Advisor – AI, Data & Digital, your core responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating and supporting AI and digital training activities (e.g., webinars, workshops, and drop-in sessions)
- Acting as the first point of contact for Microsoft Copilot users and digital champions, addressing queries and directing users to relevant guidance
- Maintaining datasets to track training impact and engagement, leveraging insights to inform decision-making
- Collaborating with the Communications team to simplify and clarify complex technical information for accessible messaging
- Supporting the Digital Champions network through regular training and engagement initiatives

Requirements and Preferences
This role is a great fit if you:
- Have strong analytical skills, with confidence in working with spreadsheets, forms, and datasets
- Communicate clearly in writing and are able to adapt your tone for different audiences
- Are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including:
- Teams
- Outlook
- Excel
- Forms
- SharePoint
- Can manage multiple workstreams efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely progress on actions
- Demonstrate an interest in learning and development, with a specific focus on digital adoption
