About the Role: Group Product Manager
Our Partnerships Tribe is one of our fastest-growing engines, expanding referrals, assets, and revenue through advisor partnerships and bank partnerships. We need a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy across three key areas:
- Advisor referral growth
- Bank partnerships
- Bank portal development
This role has significant revenue impact and shapes the company’s path to exit.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You’ll oversee product strategy, balancing multiple projects at various development stages.
Primary Focus Areas:
- Advisor referral growth – Optimise referral mechanisms and conversion funnels.
- Bank partnerships – Collaborate with sales to translate wins into actionable product requirements.
- Bank portal refresh – Drive improvements by understanding user behaviour and calibrating the portal experience.

Beyond product management:
- Line manage and coach product managers, fostering growth and accountability.
- Build and present the tribe’s roadmap to senior stakeholders.
- Champion end-user needs, leveraging research and data to preempt issues.
- Be hands-on when critical; balance operational support with strategic planning.
- Drive wider product team improvements, sharing best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a Group Product Manager or similar leadership role.
- Mental spines in coaching product managers, building their capabilities.
- Data-savvy: use research and metrics to prioritise and shape strategy.
- Strong track record in creating and communicating multi-month roadmaps for varied stakeholders.
- Experience in partnerships, B2B, B2B2C, or finance ecosystems where indirect influencing prevails.
- Facilitation and communication skills for senior leadership engagement.
- Financial services, savings, or fintech background.
- Referral/affiliate growth models familiarity.
- Venture into enterprise or B2B portal products.
