What is Flagstone?

Flagstone is many things. An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose. And lastly, a thriving, profitable business – where smart people do their best work.

Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It’s our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.

A feel for our culture:

To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth.

That’s why we’re building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations. And be rewarded for it.

We may not change the world, but we can change the world of financial technology. And all it takes is a winning mix of drive, talent, and empathy. Our culture celebrates all three.

But enough about us. Let’s talk about you.

Our Partnerships Tribe is one of our fastest growth engines. The tribe exists to expand referrals, assets and revenue through three routes: the advisors who refer clients to us, the banks we partner with to hold client cash, and the API partners who embed Flagstone's platform directly into their own products. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy across all three: Introducer, Bank, and API Partnership. This is a commercially significant role — sitting at the heart of how Flagstone grows its partner ecosystem — with material revenue impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Own product strategy across the tribe, coordinating multiple products at different stages of development and translating customer and business needs into a clear roadmap.
  • Directly contribute to our mission to empower people to protect and grow their cash with ease – helping build the partner ecosystem that brings clients, advisors, and financial institutions into the Flagstone platform.
  • Lead the Partnerships tribe as Group Product Manager – driving best-in-class product outcomes across three squads: Introducer, Bank, and API Partnership, collectively one of the most commercially significant parts of the business.
  • Be partner and customer focused, building a deep understanding of how advisors, banks, and API partners experience our products – and using that insight to identify where to invest and what to build next.
  • Define product goals and OKRs within the partnerships space, regularly measuring and communicating progress to stakeholders – bringing them on the product journey with you.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across UX, Tech, Operations, and Commercial to define and own the product roadmap for your tribe, prioritising features that grow referrals, assets and revenue.
  • Own the advisor referral experience – understanding how advisors register, refer, and convert clients, and continuously improving the funnel that drives Flagstone's introducer channel.
  • Partner closely with our sales-led team to translate new bank partnership wins into clear product requirements, and drive ongoing engagement with the new bank portal.
  • Build and scale our API partner programme – owning the product experience for partners such as Revolut, focused on onboarding new integrations and growing AuA through the API channel.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of partners and their clients, translating requirements into well-defined, prioritised work.
  • Work as part of an agile team to deliver value early and often, managing the product backlog to maintain clear priorities and best-practice product management standards across squads.
  • Drive improvements to how we build better products at scale, leading by example in product operations across the wider function.
  • Be the voice and champion of the partner and end user – putting the people who use our products at the heart of every design and product decision.
  • Provide support to a team of Product Managers who will report into you, coaching and supporting them in both their career development and day-to-day activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
