Industry: FinTech
Title: Group Product Manager
Office: London (hybrid, 3 days/week)
Salary: £110k–£130k
A fast-growing fintech, they've recently gone live with one of the most recognised names in modern banking, and the pipeline doesn't stop there, with a large expansion on the horizon.
They're now looking for a Group Product Manager to join the product leadership team.
This isn't a single-squad PM role. You'll also be indirectly leading multiple PMs across several squads, setting direction, and working alongside two other GPMs to shape the end-to-end platform roadmap. It's a strategic hire - the kind of role where you're shaping how an entire domain of the platform evolves, not just shipping features.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
