Salary Range: £90,000 - £110,000 + Excellent Benefits
Location: London or Peterborough | Hybrid Working

We're working with a well-established international organisation undergoing significant business and technology transformation. As investment continues across enterprise-wide programmes, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Programme Assurance Senior Manager to play a key role in ensuring major initiatives are delivered successfully. This is an opportunity to influence strategic change, work alongside senior business leaders, and provide independent assurance across high-profile transformation programmes in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Group Programme Assurance Senior Manager will provide independent assurance across complex transformation programmes, helping senior stakeholders identify delivery risks, strengthen governance, and improve programme outcomes across a diverse international business.

Role Highlights

  • Lead independent programme assurance reviews across major transformation initiatives.
  • Evaluate programme governance, delivery risk, and project controls.
  • Identify root causes of delivery challenges and recommend practical improvements.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior programme leaders, sponsors, and IT leadership.
  • Share best practice and provide strategic guidance to strengthen successful programme delivery.

You Will Need

  • Proven experience delivering assurance across large-scale ERP or transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of programme governance, project lifecycle, and risk management.
  • Experience working within complex, global organisations undergoing significant change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at executive level.
  • Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, APMP, CISA, CISM, or CIA are highly desirable.
