An excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA accountant

An excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA accountant looking to make their first move from practice into a highly capable, Group Reporting team within a large international business. You'll gain exposure to IFRS reporting, group consolidations and complex accounting projects, with genuine career progression and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across the Group.

Client Details

This is a business with an excellent track record of developing accountants making their first move from practice. Several members of the leadership team started in this very position before progressing into management, making it an outstanding platform for long-term career development.

  • You'll join a close-knit team that genuinely works together rather than operating in silos. Regardless of grade, everyone gets involved in technical projects, supports each other during reporting cycles and has exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
  • You'll regularly interact with finance teams across multiple international entities, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as solving technical accounting challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
