We are looking for a commercially minded and technically strong Group Reporting Accountant to join a growing Group Reporting team during an exciting period of business change and integration.
You will support both internal and external reporting requirements, including investor reporting, while also contributing to technical accounting activity and annual reporting deliverables. This role offers excellent visibility across the business, with exposure to senior stakeholders including the CFO and wider executive leadership team.

What You will Do Producing monthly Board and Executive reporting packs with clear financial analysis and insight Leading the preparation of quarterly investor reporting for lenders, markets and credit rating agencies Supporting investor relations activity, including responding to ad hoc queries Delivering internal reporting to key stakeholders including Apollo and DHL Supporting the production of the Annual Report & Accounts, including drafting narrative sections and coordinating business inputs Providing technical accounting support, particularly around IFRS 16 lease accounting Supporting the external audit process and ensuring reporting controls and deadlines are met Working collaboratively across Group Finance and wider business functions during ongoing integration activity

What We are Looking For: A full professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Experience within Group Reporting, Financial Reporting or Investor Reporting A background in Big 4 or a large complex PLC / investor-backed environment Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations and external reporting requirements Exposure to IFRS, ideally including IFRS 16 Experience contributing to Annual Reports Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to produce clear, concise reporting for senior stakeholders and investors
