Group Reporting Manager
Group Reporting Manager | ACA | London (Hybrid) An opportunity has arisen for an ACA-qualified accountant to join a growing international group headquartered in London as Group Reporting Manager. This is a permanent position within a high-calibre Group Finance function and would suit an individual with a strong technical accounting and consolidation background who is seeking greater ownership and exposure within an international, multi-entity environment. The business has experienced significant growth in recent years and is continuing to invest in its finance infrastructure, reporting capability and international operations. Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory reporting
- Technical accounting support across the group, including preparation of accounting papers and policy development
- Management of the year-end audit process and coordination with external auditors
- Oversight of intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and complex accounting matters
- Support for finance transformation and systems enhancement initiatives
- Collaboration with finance teams across multiple international jurisdictions Candidate Profile
- ACA qualified - essential
- Audit-trained, ideally from a Big 4, Top 10 or leading mid-tier practice
- Experience within Group Reporting, Financial Reporting, Consolidation or Technical Accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements within a multi-entity group structure
- Ability to manage competing priorities within a dynamic international environment The Opportunity This role offers exposure to a complex international group structure, significant technical accounting responsibility and direct interaction with senior finance leadership. It is particularly well suited to individuals seeking a broader remit and a clear progression path within a growing finance function.
