Group Financial Reporting Manager – International Group
An ideal opportunity for someone making their second move from practice, looking to step into a broader, more commercially focused role with genuine exposure to senior leadership and international finance.
Client Details
I'm working exclusively with a highly successful international group that is continuing to grow through an exciting phase of expansion and investment. Operating across multiple international entities, they're looking to appoint a:
- Group Financial Reporting Manager
This role will function directly alongside an experienced and highly supportive Finance Director.
Description
You'll take ownership of the financial accounting function across several international entities, ensuring:

- Accurate statutory reporting
- Group consolidations
- Compliance while supporting the Finance Director on a range of strategic finance initiatives.
Responsibilities Include
- Leading the statutory reporting and audit process across multiple international entities
- Preparing monthly group consolidations and financial reporting
- Acting as the key point of contact for Audit
- Managing tax, VAT and wider compliance requirements
- Supporting treasury activities and group funding arrangements
- Reviewing financial controls and maintaining ledger integrity
- Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisers

Profile
- ACA qualified with a background in a Top 10 Accountancy firm
- Currently in practise as an Audit Manager or already in industry, looking for a second industry role
- Experience of statutory reporting with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Exposure to group reporting, consolidations or multi-entity environments would be advantageous
- Naturally inquisitive, proactive and keen to improve processes
- Comfortable building relationships across the business and taking ownership of your work
Job Offer
