Group Reporting Manager
Chertsey | 4 Days in the Office | £65,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

We're working with a large, well-established business with an exceptional finance team that's looking to add an ambitious Group Reporting Manager to the function.

The Role
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in the Group Finance team with responsibility for reporting, controls and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Group reporting and consolidation process.
- Preparing statutory accounts and assisting with external reporting.
- Supporting the year-end audit and working closely with external auditors.
- Helping strengthen financial controls and governance.
- Supporting technical accounting matters across the Group.
- Driving improvements in reporting processes and systems.
- Partnering with finance teams across the business.
- Getting involved in finance projects and wider Group initiatives.
- Helping improve the quality and efficiency of financial reporting.
About You
- ACA qualified, ideally making your first move from practice.
- Technically strong with a solid grounding in financial reporting.
- Bright, ambitious and keen to develop.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and building relationships.
- Happy rolling your sleeves up and getting involved.
- Looking for broad exposure rather than a narrow reporting role.
- Excited by the opportunity to learn from an experienced leadership team.
