Sowena Group is partnering with a high-growth business based in South Manchester to appoint a Group Reporting Manager.
Our client operates across multiple online channels and international markets, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and data-led decision making. Following a period of sustained growth, they are now looking to strengthen their finance function with a technically strong and commercially aware reporting professional.
The Role
This is a key position within the finance team, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful group-level reporting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, playing an important role in supporting strategic decisions while also driving improvements in reporting processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts
- Produce and enhance the group reporting pack, including detailed variance analysis
- Manage the consolidation process across multiple entities
- Partner with divisional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting
- Support the year-end audit and liaise with external auditors
- Identify and implement improvements to reporting systems and processes
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
- Provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership

Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA)
- Proven experience in group reporting
- Strong technical accounting and consolidation expertise
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP or reporting systems is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
