Who’s the Business
Zanda is partnering with a high growth SaaS business with an ARR of £65 million based in London, operating globally across the UK, Europe, and the US. PE backed, they have ambitious global growth plans and are looking for a Group Reporting Manager who can instill rigor and control as they scale, alongside leading and developing a high performing team.
The Role
You will take ownership of global accounting and controls, with responsibility for statutory compliance and audit readiness. Ensuring financial integrity, you will lead the close and consolidation process, oversee external audits, and ensure best-in-class SaaS revenue recognition whilst optimising processes and driving system improvements. You’ll play a pivotal role in leading and developing the team and supporting the business on its journey to a successful exit.

What Experiences You Will Gain
- Owning the group consolidations and leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Delivering the group-wide annual statutory accounts and Group audit
- Coordinating the annual tax filings with the external tax advisors
- Streamlining and improving the monthly close cycle, ensuring robust checks and controls are present
- Overseeing the accounting team including revenue recognition and supporting SaaS ARR reconciliations
- Maintaining appropriate accounting policies and keeping track of changes in accounting policies and standards
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve the reporting process
- Engaging with the external auditors to ensure a smooth year-end audit
- Utilising AI and leading on defining future requirements
- Developing and providing leadership to a highly skilled team

What Background Should You Have Before You Press Apply!
- Qualified Accountant (ACA) with experience within SaaS in a VC or PE-backed scale-up
- Experience of leading and developing a high performing team
- Experience within an international multi-entity business, leading the consolidation
- Demonstrable experience of managing audits and implementing strong financial controls
- A desire to drive change and utilise AI
- Excellent communicator who can advise and challenge senior non-finance stakeholders
