Group Revenue Analyst
1 Year Fixed Term Contract | £37,000 + Performance Bonus
At Elysium Collection, we're creating a distinctive collection of luxury hotels where exceptional guest experiences are driven by smart commercial decisions.
We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded Group Revenue Analyst to support pricing, distribution and inventory across the collection. Working alongside the Group Revenue Manager, you'll help maximise revenue opportunities through data-driven decisions while gaining exposure to multiple hotels and markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality brand from the beginning of its journey and play a key role in shaping its commercial success.
The Role
You'll support the delivery of revenue strategies across the collection by monitoring demand, analysing performance and managing inventory across distribution channels. Working closely with Reservations, Sales and Meetings & Events, you'll help ensure our commercial strategy is delivered consistently across every hotel.

Key Responsibilities
- Support revenue and distribution strategies across the collection.
- Monitor pricing, demand and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
- Produce forecasts, reports and commercial analysis.
- Manage inventory across direct and third-party distribution channels.
- Assist with pricing, availability and length-of-stay controls.
- Maintain revenue systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with commercial and operational teams to drive performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, ADR and profitability.
About You
You'll be analytical, organised and commercially aware, with a passion for hospitality and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
You'll Bring
- At least five years' experience in hotel revenue management or a commercial role.
- Experience within the hotel or wider accommodation sector.
- A strong understanding of revenue management, pricing and distribution.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to explain commercial decisions.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and keen attention to detail.

Experience across additional hotel revenue streams such as Food & Beverage, Spa, Leisure, Meetings & Events or Retail would be an advantage, as would experience working across multiple UK hotel markets or a professional revenue management qualification.
