As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead our customer engagement and sales operations, ensuring outstanding service delivery while driving commercial performance.
The Role
The Sales & Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the sales and customer service teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
You will play a key role in developing team performance, enhancing customer journeys, and supporting business objectives through strong leadership and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer service teams to achieve individual and company targets.
- Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, coaching, and customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and service quality.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Analyse sales and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
- Prepare regular performance reports.

About You
We are looking for a confident and commercially driven leader with a passion for customer service excellence.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales and customer service management role.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems and performance reporting tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
