Group Senior FP&A Analyst
Senior Group FP&A Analyst Location: London (Hybrid)
Overview A commercially focused FP&A role supporting Group Finance with reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across GAAP and IFRS 17. The position partners closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Capital, and Underwriting teams. Key Responsibilities Produce management information, board packs, and quarterly reporting Monitor financial performance against KPIs and provide business insight Support forecasting, budgeting, and management planning processes Deliver analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders Partner across Finance and wider business teams on strategic initiatives and process improvements Skills & Experience Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience within insurance/reinsurance Lloyd’s market experience preferred Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with IFRS 17 reporting advantageous
