Group Supplier Auditor

Travel: Regular UK travel and occasional European travel required. Some long-haul travel may also be required.

Join Our Journey

At The Compleat Food Group, we're on a mission to create food to feel good. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Group Supplier Auditor to play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, legality and integrity of our supplier network across the UK and Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Manager, Technical Services Manager, Quality Manager, Supplier Auditor, BRCGS Auditor or Third-Party Auditor looking to take their career into a group-level role with exposure to a diverse and international supply base.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Supplier Lead Auditor, you'll be responsible for auditing and approving suppliers across a broad range of food manufacturing, processing, growing, packing and service operations.

You'll assess supplier compliance against regulatory requirements, customer standards, food safety expectations and The Compleat Food Group's own requirements, helping to drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.

The role offers a combination of travel, supplier engagement and home-based report writing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and building strong professional relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
