I am delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with this high profile International FMCG Manufacturing Group, with t/o now in excess of £120m, to recruit this key Group Supply Chain Finance Director role based at their main Manufacturing/Operations hub in Warrington, Cheshire.
My client seeks a high calibre candidate with a proven successful Commercial Finance track record within a similar FMCG or related fast moving, high volume Manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Group Supply Chain FD will be a key member of the Finance Leadership Team to provide significant financial and strategic input across the entire Manufacturing, Warehousing, Procurement and Logistics operations throughout the Group's facilities in the UK, France & Ireland.
Heading up a strong and well motivated Commercial Finance Supply Chain team, this new beefed up role will be responsible for the development of a strong Costing and Inventory Management framework, Capital Investment and Operational Performance Management across all Manufacturing locations.

Operating as a key strategic business partner to Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and Commercial functions, you will have the scope and autonomy to make a real impact across the entire Supply Chain, specifically:
- Group Manufacturing & Supply Chain Finance Leadership
- Costing, Inventory & Working Capital Management
- Procurement Finance Leadership
- Capital Expenditure & Asset Investment Management
- Support the development of a significant new digital Pricing and Tender portal.
- Overall, to work very closely with the CFO and senior Functional Heads to support robust commercial decision-making to maximise profitable growth across all channels.

Candidate Profile:
- High calibre Commercial Finance qualified accountant with experience in a similar medium-large FMCG Manufacturing environment.
- Able to clearly demonstrate a positive impact of supporting significant business improvements and profitable growth initiatives across the Supply Chain.
- Proactive and hands on approach, with a strong "get things done" mentality to deliver tangible positive results.
- Confident, strong communicator with positive influencing skills and possess the natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels across the Group.
