Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a global FTSE 100 manufacturing business to recruit a Group Sustainability Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a central sustainability team within an organisation that is recognised for innovation, scientific excellence, and its commitment to creating a more sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and accelerate projects supporting the delivery of nature-related sustainability targets, including water, land and biodiversity.
- Develop practical frameworks, standards, processes and guidance to support implementation across global sites.
- Monitor, analyse and report on sustainability KPIs, metrics and progress against strategic commitments.
- Support governance activities relating to environmental performance and nature-related reporting.

About You
- A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Hydrology, Ecology or a related discipline.
- Experience in water stewardship, hydrology, catchment management or water impact assessment.
- A solid understanding of biodiversity, nature-related risks and environmental mitigation.
- Familiarity with corporate water assessment tools such as WWF Water Risk Filter and WRI Aqueduct.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and develop meaningful performance metrics.
