This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing tax function, offering broad exposure across corporate tax compliance, tax reporting and international tax projects within a complex global environment.

Working as part of a collaborative Group Tax team, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s continued growth, partnering with finance teams, external advisers and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, strong governance and ongoing process improvements.

This role would suit an experienced tax professional with a background in either corporate tax compliance, tax reporting, or both, looking to join a forward-thinking international business with excellent scope for development.

The Role

  • Manage key elements of corporate tax compliance and tax reporting across multiple international entities.
  • Support corporate tax filings, tax payments, tax forecasting and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and support IFRS tax reporting, including effective tax rate, deferred tax and cash tax reporting.
  • Work closely with external advisers, auditors and international finance teams.
  • Support tax audits, technical research and wider tax risk management.
  • Contribute to international tax initiatives including Pillar II, CbC reporting, transfer pricing and wider compliance requirements.
  • Support improvements to tax processes, systems and reporting frameworks.
  • Provide clear technical guidance to finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
