White Horse Employment are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, international organisation to recruit an experienced Group Tax Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing tax function, offering broad exposure across corporate tax compliance, tax reporting and international tax projects within a complex global environment.
Working as part of a collaborative Group Tax team, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s continued growth, partnering with finance teams, external advisers and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, strong governance and ongoing process improvements.
This role would suit an experienced tax professional with a background in either corporate tax compliance, tax reporting, or both, looking to join a forward-thinking international business with excellent scope for development.
The Role
- Manage key elements of corporate tax compliance and tax reporting across multiple international entities.
- Support corporate tax filings, tax payments, tax forecasting and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and support IFRS tax reporting, including effective tax rate, deferred tax and cash tax reporting.
- Work closely with external advisers, auditors and international finance teams.
- Support tax audits, technical research and wider tax risk management.
- Contribute to international tax initiatives including Pillar II, CbC reporting, transfer pricing and wider compliance requirements.
- Support improvements to tax processes, systems and reporting frameworks.
- Provide clear technical guidance to finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business.

About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and/or qualified Tax Advisor (CTA or equivalent).
- Strong corporate tax experience gained in practice, industry or a combination of both.
- Experience across tax compliance, tax reporting or international tax matters.
- Confident communicating complex technical information to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in improving processes and driving change.
