Group Warranty Executive – Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Warranty Executive to join a successful automotive business. Offering a 50% hybrid working pattern, this role provides an excellent work-life balance alongside the opportunity to work within a professional and supportive team.

The Role

As a Group Warranty Executive, you will oversee warranty submissions across multiple dealership sites, ensuring all manufacturer warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer standards. You'll work closely with Service Managers, Workshop Controllers, and Aftersales teams to maximise warranty recovery and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timescales.
  • Audit warranty claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with dealerships and manufacturers regarding warranty queries and approvals.
  • Monitor outstanding claims and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Identify trends and provide guidance to improve warranty processes and recovery.
  • Support dealership teams with warranty training and best practices.
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate warranty records.
  • Assist with manufacturer warranty audits when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous automotive warranty administration or warranty executive experience.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Competent IT Skills And Experience Using Dealership Management Systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
