All Group Workout Instructors must hold (or be supported to achieve) a qualification for delivering our world-class group workout programme.
Responsibilities
You’ll thrive by delivering energetic, inclusive group sessions while embodying these skills:
- Engaging audiences with strong charisma, whether in large or intimate classes
- Prioritising customer needs to forge meaningful relationships
- Exemplifying exceptional time management, ensuring smooth Workouts and facility operations
- Staying industry-updated, embracing a culture of continuous learning
- Catering to clients at all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes
- Partnership with facilities teams to maintain health, safety, and standards

Requirements
This role demands motivation and adaptability balanced with qualifications and soft skills:
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in the fitness industry, with a focus on personal and group training
- Existing or willingness to obtain qualification for our Group Workout Programme
- First Aid qualifications (particularly if working with younger users)
- Food hygiene certification (if required in restaurant/café areas)
Personality & Culture Fit
- Enthusiasm for motivating others in fitness
- Strong ability to connect and relate to diverse individuals
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Consistent attachment to quality—raising your ‘own personal bar’
- Flexibility to collaborate with colleagues across facilities
