About the Role
We’re seeking an engaging Group Workout Instructor for our vibrant and dynamic learning settings. In this active role, you’ll inspire connection through fitness, creating a culture where teams push boundaries—together.
With a passion for group training and a knack for leadership, you’ll help participants feel energised, motivated, and supported. Your role is one of passion, persistence, and personability, ensuring every session is fun, safe, and transformative.
A suitable qualification is required to deliver our Group Workout Programme, but if you’re motivated (and your potential is clear), we’ll provide resources and support to help you achieve one—with continuous learning part of your journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver inclusive and high-quality group workouts to foster fun, growth, and community.
- Maintain a fast-paced, engaging environment that captures attention in both large and small classes.
- Work closely with participants of all abilities, from beginners to more experienced, championing personal bests safely and encouragingly.
- Collaborate with team members and resources to support facility upkeep, safeguard equipment, and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and upskill to deliver the best possible experience.
