Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £28,750

Atlas have an exciting opportunity and we want you to hear all about it! Due to growth within our team we are looking for an enthusiastic Groups And Meetings Sales Executive based at Meridian Business Park in Leicester, we are keen to support a passionate person in the next stage of their career.

What will you be doing at Atlas?

  • Provide first point of contact for responding to all groups and meeting enquiries via telephone and email
  • Providing on-going customer relationship support
  • Action and manage daily tasks
  • Be aware of departmental targets and contribute to the success of the team, rewarded via Incentives
  • To provide hotel teams with all necessary information to ensure the customer has a great experience

What experience do you have?

  • Training and support on the job will be provided
  • Previous background in hotel operations or reservations a benefit but not essential
  • Previous Customer service experience beneficial but not essential

What skills can you show us?

  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken English
  • Team player, hands on attitude, able to use own initiative to solve problems, organised and efficient
  • Have a great telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Good attention to detail
  • High level of motivation, determination and commitment
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Shift patterns are between Monday to Saturday 8-7 (Saturdays rotated)
