TASKS: • Handling enquiries – email and phone in line with the training which includes negotiation using the demand calendar and any other pricing or diary management tools. • Delphi FDC entry – to load information into the system using the correct data entry SOP’s. • Activities to be carried out and managed accurately with maximum information in the system. • Use and track Sales promotions including XSELLS and KIITF. • Closing the deal to confirm business – using the necessary tools to drive revenue / confirmations i.e. concessions/show rounds/ involving key stakeholders to support. • Contract the confirming business with the maximum information and necessary paperwork/payment, in order to ensure all planning information is captured for delivery of event. • Upon receipt of contract – make changes, update system and ensure revenue is correct before handing over. • Working closely with Revenue Manager, GCE Manager or GCE Director to build relationships to support in conversion, engagement, driving revenue. • Attend daily huddles o Event Planning actions (in hotels where no event planning team) to communicate details in BEO for operations team to deliver successful events. • Action quality audit report from coordinators. Required Qualifications: • Education: High school/GED • Additional requirements (i.e. % of travel, etc.) No Travel Requirements What will it be like to work for Hilton?
